24-Hour Personal Care Assistant/Attendant (PCA)
Our 24-hour PCA provides homemaking, companion, and physical and verbal assistance to the client in accomplishing any activity of daily living (ADL). ADLs include bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding. Our PCAs may be selected and trained by the client, client family, or client representative.
For this service, PCAs live in the home of the client and provide care to the client but are required to have time for eight hours of sleep every day, of which five (5) hours have to be continuous. When the hours-of-sleep requirement cannot be met by the client, this service can be supplemented by hourly PCA care of between five and eight hours every day depending on the circumstances.

When the client requires round-the-clock care, we provide caregivers who work in shifts to provide 24 hours of hourly homemaker care to the client. This service is ideal for a client who does not require help with personal hygiene but requires an aide in the house for 24 hours.
